Company Identity & Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of LinkVault (LinkVault Authority Limited) and its services. By accessing our website and engaging with our link building and outreach campaigns, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using our services immediately.

Scope of Services

We provide monthly link building and outreach campaigns specifically designed for Vancouver SaaS brands seeking to establish authority and improve their online visibility. Our authority growth packages include strategic link acquisition, personalized outreach to industry-relevant publishers, and comprehensive campaign management tailored to your business objectives. These services are intended to support your digital marketing efforts and help establish credibility within your industry. All deliverables are based on current market conditions and industry best practices as of the service date.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and account information. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with service delivery, or engage in any activity that could harm our business or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if we determine that you have violated these obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, campaigns, and materials developed as part of our services are created specifically for your use. However, we retain ownership of our methodologies, processes, and general frameworks that may be reused across clients. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our proprietary materials without explicit written consent. Any content provided to us for campaign purposes remains your property, but you grant us the right to use such content in accordance with our service delivery obligations.

Limitations of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue generation from our link building services. Search engine algorithms are subject to frequent changes beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses resulting from external factors including algorithm updates, competitive actions, or changes in search engine policies. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice. Termination of your account does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered. Upon termination, we will cease providing new services but may retain data as required by applicable law. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date. Any outstanding invoices must be paid within thirty days of termination notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, specifically the province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or our services. This governing law provision applies regardless of your location or the location from which you access our services.
